This was for our event that we had for our church. This property was accommodating for our guest. As we wanted them to be around walking attractions in re of eating and just getting fresh air. Upon check-in the place was clean and beautiful. Our guest stated it made them feel at home.

It was so good to be back for a second stay! It was just as wonderful as the first time, which is why we returned! Your property is perfect. The second and final graduation from UE and my son decided to stay in Evansville and start his career! Great for him and good for me and my wife. We know where to stay when we visit Evansville! We had a great experience from start to finish. Nathan was extremely responsive and flexible with check-in. The space was great for our big group with lots of bathrooms and open space to share. The rooftop area was a major bonus. Thanks for hosting us!

Clean and cozy. Fully stocked with supplies. Enjoyable stay. We rented this for someone coming in for business and she was beyond happy. Beautiful, lots of character, parking, safe, quiet, and easy walking distance to downtown. Liked it so much, we have booked it twice more for their upcoming stays.

This place is very well organized and made to host small events. It is even has serving platters, bowls, and other things one might need when hosting. Not only that, but there are personal items in the bathroom in case you forget your own. You can tell a lot of thought was put into this unique AirBnb. I can definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

Our stay at The Barn in Newburgh was exceptional! The space is beautifully designed for both comfort and gathering, making it perfect for hosting family with lots of room while visiting from out of town. The kids especially loved the bunk room. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and Nathan was a great host, great communication. We look forward to staying again! It made coming to visit family and getting everyone together very convenient and that means a lot! Highly recommend !

By far the most kid friendly place we've stayed so far, even had toys in the toy box for the kids to play with. And sippy cups and kid plates and silverware. Stayed there with our 4 kids and 2 dogs. And absolutely loved it!!! Exactly what the pictures show. Love it!!! Definitely would stay again!!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it so much!! Feels like home, love downtown Evansville, all restaurants here and a lot walking opportunities! Will be definitely back! Thank you Nathan for a wonderful place!

We absolutely loved the Airbnb!!! It was much bigger than we envisioned from the listing. And the rooftop deck was a really cool amenity! If / when we come back to Evansville it is THE place where we would stay. Loved the renovated vibe of the entire place. This is what every Airbnb experience should be like! Overdelivered!
